I just got auto banned.. Empty I just got auto banned..

Hi It's Hope.
I was training at EOS 2.. At Crows and I got the Maple police popup?
And now It says I'm banned. Unless DXWIND is bannable, I don't know what I've done wrong.

Could someone please Unbann me?
