Cybr's v62 GM Application [UPDATED]

Dear Maplers,

I, Sybre, would like to apply for GM level 3 or higher. To do so, I would like to inform you about me.

Personal Info
My real life name is Sybre, but while people like to call me Cybr, I would like to be referred to that. Cybr is also my In Game Name. I am 17 years old, I'm turning 18 at June 3.. I am male and I live at Curaçao (isle above Venezuela), what is GMT-5. I am moving back to the Netherlands (GMT+1) at begin of July, however.

Why MapleSyrup
Since CareStory has shut down I´ve been searching for a decent Private Server, in no-time I've found MapleSyrup. Since MapleSyrup is the best one online, thanks to Blue, Zienth and Ammy, I am sticking to this one. Not to forget that this server has the finest community I've seen in my life.

About Me In Game
I'm the founder of the alliance Eukaryote, which is bind to Domesticated and Predatory. I think allot of people in this alliance would recommend me, here is why:
- I love to help players, but since there are were over 170 people in the alliance, I only stick to were helping the people in the alliance itself;
- I am capable to help people in whatever the situation is (when possible);
- I know a lot of players in this game, and have no problem with meeting and helping new players;
- I love MapleStory, since the Beta of Wizet I've been addicted to MapleStory;
- I can find myself in different and difficult scenarios perfectly, with this I mean different languages and people. I know how to handle people with care;
- I speak Dutch and English fluently, I can also understand German perfectly, although I find it hard to write. I am learning Papiamento, which is a dialect of Spanish and Portuguese;
- I am absolutely into Gaming, since I'm interested in Animation and Game-Design. I will follow my next study in October at Qantm College in Amsterdam;
- At this point it understandably follows that I can find myself outstanding in ALL gaming environments, since I am a 'geek'.

Why I should be accepted
I usually spend 6~16 hours a day online. Since I am having exams very soon, it will be understandable that the 'time spend online' will be applied.
What I think that I can do in that time as GM:
- Helping players when questions are provided, I will stick to rules whom are applied, however;
- I know MapleStory for a long time, so it's no doubt that I know many bugs and many tricks, which I can teach to beginner players;
- When I'm at duty, I will do my duty, I'm a no 'bull' person when that is the situation;
- I will carefully chose my actions before doing so, since I've seen allot of GM's abusing their powers, I do not find it useful to copy that;
- I love to do events, although I have no experience doing so in MapleStory;
- I have experience with hacking and using CE and Trainers, I do not know how to packet edit, but that's illegal. Since I have experience I notice when a hacker is around;
- I have no problem with banning or jailing players who are abusive, disrespectful or violating the Terms of Service in any possible way;
- As distinct from the previous line, I love to bring joy in people who aren't abusive or disrespectful.

Why I shouldn't be accepted
Now that's allot of positive things about me! But what about the negative? Here is a sum:
- I swear when I'm frustrated, usually happens when I fail at a JQ or get killed allot at PvP;
- I like to make fun of people;
- I like to apply a slang in any language;
- ...., I cannot think of anything else.

lol, ok so, assets:
he's smart and knows his way around programming and stuff
he's random and funny, which is always a plus, boredom never helped anyone
he has shown initiative before i have yet to see on any other guild leader
he's one of the older players (age wise), and therefore more mature and fit for the job
he's not a banning freak, which shows he's understanding

i think that's pretty much it, WHICH IS ENOUGH BTW!!!11!!1!
