Character Deletion Empty Character Deletion

everytime i go to delete a character, it asks for birthdate, i give it my birthday, but it says its wrong, does character deletion work on this?sx

p.s. If not, can an admin delete my character called helloworld

this is what you do, go onto the site and log in. then you go to account settings change your b-day. AFTER go back to home click account settings and see if it changed.

PS. you cant have maple running while doing it.
